Refunds Policy
- Technical Malfunction
- If the charging station fails to deliver electricity to your vehicle due to a technical malfunction (e.g., faulty charger, power outage, or other system failures), and no charge was delivered, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. If partial charging occurred, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on the amount of electricity delivered, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

- Billing Errors
- If you were overcharged due to a billing error, please provide your receipt or transaction details. We will investigate the discrepancy, and if confirmed, you will receive a refund for the overcharged amount.
- Unauthorized Transactions
- If you notice an unauthorized transaction or charge, please contact us immediately. We will review the case and issue a refund if the charge is deemed unauthorized.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Refunds will not be provided for delays due to a busy station or waiting times.
- No refunds will be issued for missed charging sessions if the user fails to start the charging process.
- Refunds will not be issued for user errors such as incorrect vehicle charging settings, failure to properly connect the charging cable, or accidentally leaving the charging station after payment but without charging.
- If you initiate a charging session and cancel it before charging begins, no charge will be applied, and no refund will be necessary.
- Disputing a Denied Refund
- If a refund request is denied and you believe this decision was made in error, you may dispute the outcome within 14 days by contacting customer support and providing additional relevant information or evidence.
- Force Majeure
- Refunds will not be issued in cases where charging sessions are interrupted or unavailable due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, strikes).
- Non-Refundable Circumstances
- If you notice an unauthorized transaction or charge, please contact us immediately. We will review the case and issue a refund if the charge is deemed unauthorized.
Requesting a Refund
Proof of Technical Malfunction
To ensure swift processing of refunds related to technical malfunctions, customers may be required to provide proof, such as screenshots, error codes, or photos of the issue, if available
Multiple Refund Requests
If a customer experiences repeated issues with the same charging station, the matter will be escalated for review, and further refunds may be subject to additional investigation to prevent abuse of the refund policy.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If that method is unavailable or invalid, an alternative method may be arranged after customer verification.
Third-Party Payment Platforms
If you used a third-party payment platform (e.g., mobile payment app), the refund processing times might vary according to the platform’s policies. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
